The agency leader opens Agency Management in the Sano app and taps the "Super Host" button.

From the Super Host screen, scroll down and tap the "Super Host Apply" button.

Enter the host's ID, contact information, an introduction, and upload a great-looking livestream recording.

Agency leader submits the application. Approval is based on meeting the requirements listed below.

The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 10. Once you withdraw, funds typically arrive within 24–48 hours depending on your chosen payment method. Sano recommends using Epay for the most reliable and fastest experience.
How are diamonds calculated from gifts?+
When a viewer sends a gift worth 10,000 coins, the host receives 7,000 diamonds. The conversion rate for withdrawal is 10,000 diamonds = USD 1. Through offline coin resellers, the coin purchase rate can reach 1:9,900, increasing actual earnings for the host.
Does the agency take a cut from my host earnings?+
No. There is no agency commission deduction from host earnings. The platform-supported salary is entirely yours to withdraw. Agency commission is calculated separately from the platform's share — it does not reduce what the host receives.
What are the requirements to become a Super Host?+
The host must reach at least Level G in the Streamer Growth Rewards. The agency must have a minimum of 20 members. The application must be submitted by the agency leader through Agency Management → Super Host → Super Host Apply. A great livestream recording must be uploaded as part of the application.
How does agency commission work for sub-agencies I invite?+
Your commission formula is: (your own hosts' income × your commission rate) + (your commission rate − the invited agency's commission rate) × the invited agency's hosts' income. This means you earn the difference in commission tiers on all sub-agency host income.
What happens if my agency falls below requirements?+
If your agency fails to maintain at least 5 active hosts (1 hour/day, 4 days/week) or does not reach 100,000 diamond income in the past 30 days, your agency may be dismissed. Violations such as poaching hosts from other agencies can result in warnings or account banning.
What content is prohibited during live streaming?+
Prohibited content includes: multiple account registrations, promoting other platforms/apps, underage or sexual content, negative streaming (nobody/sleeping on camera), cross-platform streaming, black screen, closed mic, or lying down. Violations for Super Hosts result in task cancellation after warnings.
